The fees listed in this fee schedule shall be deemed reasonable and proper for the services provided by the town. All fees fixed by this fee schedule shall be paid in advance to the town prior to the services being provided. All variable fees required by this fee schedule shall be paid to the town at the time the actual amount is determined.
