(a)
The
department of parks and recreation shall charge the following fees
to the public under the following requirements for use of the city
aquatic facility:
(1)
Daily pass: $2.00 per person.
(2)
Daily pass group rate (20 or more people): $1.00 per person.
(3)
Season pass: $25.00 per person, $1.00 per person for the fifth or
more immediate family member.
(4)
Season pass replacement: $5.00 per person.
(5)
Pool rental (2 hours): $200.00 for up to 75 people and $1.00 per
person for each person over the seventy-fifth.
(6)
Day care group rate (20 or more people): $1.00 per child.
(7)
Program fee: $25.00 per 8 lessons.
(b)
The
department of parks and recreation shall set all other fees as may
be necessary.
