The city will charge a returned check fee equal to that set by the legislature in Business and Commerce Code section 3.506.

All credit card payments for traffic fines will have a minimum payment of ten dollars, and the maximum will be 2.5% of the entire payment. All other credit card payments will have a fee of 2.5% of the entire payment.

Nonprofit organizations (501(c)(3)) or exempt entities from the communities will be free. Other nonprofit organizations will have to pay a $75.00 deposit, which will be refunded if the building is clean and the key is turned in the next business day.

Failure to return the key will result in a late fee of $50.00 for each day the key is not turned in.

The following schedule of fees and charges shall be assessed by and paid to the city for the use of the public right-of-way as follows:
