(a) 
The annual city permit fee shall be equal to one-half of the state fee required by the TABC of every person that may be issued any permit or license or renew such permit or license by the state for the manufacture, distilling, brewing, importing, transporting, storing, distributing or sale of any alcoholic beverage.
(b) 
An annual processing fee in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be charged for accepting any application for renewal of an existing license.

Every person owning or operating for profit billiard tables and/or amusement equipment, [or] amusement redemption machines, by whatever name called, shall pay a licensing fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each billiard table, game machine, or amusement redemption machines.

(a) 
Annual permit fee.
The annual permit fee for alarm systems is $50.00.
(b) 
Excessive false alarms.
If the permit holder has had 5 false burglar alarms in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding any false alarm, the permit holder and the monitoring alarm company shall each be assessed a service fee of $215.00 for each false alarm.
