For the purpose of this article:
Rabbit.
Includes hares and rabbits of every kind.
Rabbitry.
Any building, structure, box, pen or cage where more than three (3) grown rabbits are kept for any length of time for purposes of breeding or raising rabbits, upon any lot or lots containing less than two thousand three hundred thirty-three and one-third (2,333-1/3) square feet for each rabbit so kept.

The keeping, maintaining or operation of any rabbitry within one hundred (100) feet of where any person, other than the owner or operator of such rabbitry, resides is dangerous and detrimental to the well-being of such person and to the inhabitants of the city, and is and shall be deemed unlawful and a nuisance.
