The following words and phrases, as used in this article, shall
have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section unless
the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Any domestic animal kept for their services or raised for
food and other products.

The fees and charges to be imposed by the city for the use of
the Broadway Shelter House, Regional Park Rotary Building and Joliet
Street Community Center when used for the special benefit of the user
shall be as set forth in the master fee schedule.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle
in any public park within the city except upon streets and other ways
established therefor.
