(a)
The 2015 International Energy Conservation Code, as written by the International Code Council, Inc., as hereinafter amended, is specifically adopted as part of the building code of the city. The same is incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth at length.
(b)
A copy of said International Energy Conservation Code shall be filed with the city secretary and a copy maintained in the office of the chief building official of the city. All such copies are open to public inspection during business hours of the offices where they are maintained, with amendments thereto.
