The 1997 edition, Uniform Sign Code, as copyrighted in 1997 by the International Conference of Building Officials, Whittier, California, as hereinafter amended, is specifically adopted as the sign code of the city, and a copy is attached to the ordinance codified in this article and incorporated herein by reference as though set out completely in detail. A copy of said Uniform Sign Code shall be filed with the city secretary and a copy maintained in the office of the building official of the city. All such copies shall be open to public inspection during business hours of the offices in which they are maintained.
