All installation hereafter installed within the corporate limits of the city shall be done in a professional, workmanlike manner in accordance with the 2015 edition of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code and appendixes as published by the International Code Council, Inc. and said International Swimming Pool and Spa Code is made part of this chapter, with the additions and deviations therefrom contained in this code. This article shall be known and may be cited as the building regulations for swimming pools and spas ordinance of the city.
