The department of state health services Texas Food Establishment Rules, 25 Texas Administrative Code, chapter 229, subchapter K, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth.

The following chapters of the Health and Safety Code as published by the department of state health services are hereby incorporated and adopted by the city:

Chapter 433 Meat and Poultry Inspection Act; and
(2)
