The city storm drainage design manual dated March 2006 and attached
to Ordinance 2006-39 as exhibit A is hereby adopted and incorporated
for all intents and purposes. All projects within the corporate limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city which require any type
of development permit from the city shall be developed and constructed
in compliance with the standards set forth therein.
