All new development in Hutto must meet the standards in the Unified Development Code (UDC). As of January 1, 2011, the UDC replaced chapter 10 (subdivisions), chapter 14 (zoning), and signage and landscaping standards set forth in chapter 3 of the 2007 Code of Ordinances.
