Pursuant to chapter 395, Texas Local Government Code, the city
must adopt land use assumptions and capital improvement plans prior
to the imposition of impact fees. The land use assumptions and 10-year
capital improvement plan dated May 2018, on record in the office of
the city secretary are herby adopted and incorporated by reference.
