A. 
As authorized by the newly enacted § 103-a of the New York Public Officers Law, the Board of Trustees, Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board and all other boards and committees of the Village may use videoconferencing to conduct their meetings, provided that all requirements of Public Officers Law § 103-a are met.
B. 
The Board of Trustees shall, by resolution, enact procedures for Village meetings held by videoconference.

Local laws shall be enacted pursuant to the procedures outlined in Municipal Home Rule Law § 20. The public hearing notice required by Municipal Home Rule Law § 20, Subdivision 5, shall be on at least three days' notice.
