Processing fee.

The fee for processing of a payment by credit card or other electronic means shall be 3% with a minimum of $3.00.

Unfunded payment.

The fee for a returned, reversed or otherwise unfunded payment shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) in addition to the original amount not paid.

The following fees shall apply to permits for operation of motorized carts:

Inspection by police department: $20.00 (includes permit/sticker).

Re-inspection sticker by police department: $10.00 (if a cart fails the initial inspection).

The fee for issuance of a special permit to operate an overweight vehicle on city-owned streets, bridges, or culverts is $100.00.

Each application for placement of a name on the ballot as a candidate for city office shall be accompanied by a filing fee of five dollars ($5.00).
