Any person or persons found guilty of violating any of the provisions
set forth in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject
to a fine of up to $500.00, for each offense, and each and every day
such offense shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate
offense.

(a) No swimming
will be allowed in the Llano City Lake during remote-controlled boat
races or other city council approved special events which are deemed
to be detrimental to the health or safety of the public.
(b) No swimming
will be allowed in the Llano City Lake during conditions of extreme
drought and when these conditions are deemed detrimental to the city
water supply.
(c) No swimming
will be allowed in the Llano City Lake when conditions of flood are
deemed detrimental to the safety of the public.
