As used herein:
Shall be construed to include both singular and plural and
shall mean and embrace any individual, corporation, association, partnership
or society and their agents, servants and employees.

heath and sanitary measures contained in this chapter.

It shall be unlawful for any person to attach or permit to be
attached to any animal belonging to him, or in his possession, any
cow bell or loud sounding, noisy or disturbing implement or instrument
within the city limits.

No more than three (3) dogs and/or cats over the age of six
(6) months shall be kept on their owner’s premises within the
city limits, nor shall any person keep, house, feed, breed, or maintain
more than three (3) dogs or cats over the age of six (6) months at
any time within the city.
