(a) 
The following fees shall be established for the use of the recreational center and the city park pavilions: (Note: See attachment to Ordinance 092022-28 from Wheatley Center.)
(1) 
Membership for the recreation center:
(A) 
Family annual membership: ________.
(B) 
Adult membership 18 +: ________.
(C) 
Senior membership 55+: ________.
(D) 
Youth membership under 18: ________.
(E) 
Volunteers will be provided ________ per hour credit toward membership.
(2) 
Rental of gym space:
(A) 
Deposit: $125.00.
(B) 
2-hour rental: $200.00.
(C) 
Security: $150.00 (2 hours). The city manager will determine if security is needed for each event.
(3) 
Rental of city park pavilions:
(A) 
City Pool Park:
(i) 
Deposit of $150.00 that will be refunded if area is left clean, cash only..
(ii) 
Fee will be $50.00 for every 2 hours.
(B) 
City Lake Park:
(i) 
Deposit of $150.00 that will be refunded if area is left clean, cash only..
(ii) 
Fee will be $10.00 for every 2 hours.
(b) 
The city manager is further authorized to waive this fee in case of special event use or use by churches, nonprofit (501C), elderly (55 and over), and youth groups in order to help promote the community.
(c) 
No alcoholic beverages allowed.

(a) 
A fee of $35.00 per day is collected from users of the City Lakes Park designated RV sites with electrical connections. Plus a $100.00 deposit, cash only.
(b) 
A fee of $20.00 per day is collected from users of the City Lakes Park designated tent campsites without electrical connections. No deposit required.
(c) 
Use of campsites may not exceed 14 consecutive days within a 30-day period, unless approved by the city manager.
(d) 
The city manager is further authorized to waive this fee in case of special event use or use by churches, nonprofit (501C), elderly (60 and over), and youth groups of the campsites in order to help promote the community.
