(a)
Specific
use permit.
The fee for application for a specific use
permit shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b)
Rezoning
application.
(1)
All rezoning, including a mobile home permit, shall be $100.00.
(2)
Where work for which a permit is required by this subsection is started
or proceeded with prior to obtaining said permit, the fees herein
specified shall be doubled.
(3)
The city council sets these fees and they are nonrefundable.
