(a) 
Animal licenses shall be issued after payment of the applicable fee:
(1)
For each unneutered made dog
$5.00
(2)
For each unspayed female dog
$5.00
(3)
For each castrated male dog
$2.00
(4)
For each spayed female dog
$2.00
(b) 
A duplicate license may be obtained upon payment of a one dollar ($1.00) replacement fee.

(a) 
The owner of any properly vaccinated and identified animal(s) captured or impounded under the provisions of Article 2.300 shall be notified of said capture or impounding and allowed at any time within forty-eight (48) hours of said notification, to redeem, reclaim, and again receive possession of said animal(s), upon payment to the city police or animal catcher of the sum of twenty dollars ($20.00) impounding fee for each animal, plus three dollars ($3.00) per day or fractional part thereof for each animal as boarding fee, during which-time said animal(s) may have been impounded, which sums shall be paid over by the police or animal catcher to the city secretary for the use and benefit of said city. The owner may also be subjected to any fines under the provisions of Article 2.300.
(b) 
The owner of any animal(s) captured or impounded under the provisions of Article 2.300, which animal(s) are not properly vaccinated or identified in accordance with Sections 2.302 and 2.303 of Article 2.300, shall be permitted and allowed at any time within forty-eight (48) hours after such animal(s) have been impounded, to redeem, reclaim, and again receive possession of said animal(s), upon payment to the city police or animal catcher of the sum of twenty dollars ($20.00) impounding fee for each animal, plus three dollars ($3.00) per day or fractional part thereof for each animal as boarding fee, during which time said animal(s) may have been impounded, and comply with Sections 2.302 and 2.303 of Article 2.300. Fees shall be for the use and benefit of said city. The owner shall also be subjected to any fines under the provisions of Article 2.300.

(a) 
The owner of a dangerous dog shall pay an annual fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
(b) 
If an owner of a registered dangerous dog sells or moves the dog to a new address within the city, he/she, not later than the fourteenth (14th) day after the sale or move, shall notify the city. On presentation of a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), the city shall issue a new registration tag to be placed on the dog’s dollar.

New one (1) year special permit for combination of four (4) or more dogs or cats: $50.00.
(b) 
Renewal of one (1) year special permit for combination of four (4) or more dogs or cats: $10.00.
