(a) 
The annual license fee for each approved manufactured home or recreational vehicle park shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year plus two dollars ($2.00) per lot or space for which the park is designed. The annual license renewals in this and the other ordinances provided shall be due on the first day of July of every year. Failure to renew the license fee on July 1st will subject applicants to a late charge. A charge of $5.00 per day for each day the license is not renewed will be charged for the first thirty days. A charge of $10.00 per day for each day from thirty-one through sixty days, and a charge of $25.00 per day each day the license is not renewed from sixty one days until the renewal occurs. All manufactured homeowners renting space within the manufactured home park will be notified on July 15th by certified mail of all alleged manufactured home and recreational vehicle ordinance violations.
(b) 
Application for transfer of any outstanding license shall be accompanied by a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and such transfer shall be conditioned on the inspections as provided in the preceding paragraph.
(c) 
A new manufactured home or recreational vehicle park application shall be presented to the city secretary with all necessary documentation as required in Article 3.200 along with an application fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00). The first annual license fee shall be due on July 1st following grant of license.
