City secretary shall issuance the license on the following conditions:
(1) 
A nonrefundable application fee of $50.00 is paid in advance.
(2) 
The application is made under oath.
(3) 
The applicant is 18 years of age or older.

(a) 
License Fee.
The applicant shall pay a license fee on one hundred dollars ($100.00), or a pro rata portion thereof if the license is issued for less than a year.
(b) 
Renewal of Permit:
All permits issued hereunder shall expire on the thirty-first (31st) day of December of the year issued and shall be renewed upon payment of an annual permit fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or pro rata portion thereof if issued for less than a year.

An applicant for a license under this article shall pay a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and a permit fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per solicitor approved under the license. A solicitation license shall be valid for a period of up to twelve (12) months.

No operating license shall be issued or renewed unless the completed application form is accompanied by payment of a license fee of twelve dollars (12.00).

(a) 
The annual fee for a sexually oriented business license is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
(b) 
In addition to the fees required by subsection (a) above, an applicant for an initial sexually oriented business license shall, at the time of making application, pay a nonrefundable fee of $500.00 for the city to conduct a survey to ensure that the proposed sexually oriented business is in compliance with the location restrictions set forth.
(c) 
No portion of any fee collected under these regulations shall be returned after a permit has been issued or refused.
