The 2015 edition of the International Residential Code (“Residential Code”) is hereby adopted by reference. A copy shall remain on file in the office of the City Secretary. Unless deleted, amended, expanded or otherwise changed herein, all provisions of this Code shall be fully applicable and binding and of full force and effect. The adoption of the Residential Code includes appendix sections A, B, C, and G (as amended herein). Such adoption does not include part VIII (Electrical) of the Residential Code.
