The city police department does hereby absorb the marshal’s
office as a part of the police department.
(1)
All
current and past employees of the marshal’s office shall be
considered current or past employees of the police department.
(2)
All
references to the marshal’s office in this Code of Ordinances,
any city ordinance, or any other rule of the city shall be interpreted
as to be a reference to the city police department.
