§ A2.001 Permit for keeping livestock, poultry, wild animals or reptiles.

The application for a permit to keep livestock, poultry, wild animals or reptiles under section

3.01.001 of the Code of Ordinances shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

§ A2.002 Dog license.

License fee: $5.00.

§ A2.003 Registration of dangerous dog.

(a) The owner of a dangerous dog shall pay an annual registration fee of $50.00.

(b) If an owner of the dangerous dog sells or moves the dog to a new address, the owner shall pay a fee of $50.00.
