A. 
Seed.
The seed shall be common Bermuda grass (hulled) and ryegrass. All seed must meet the requirements of the Texas Seed Law including the labeling requirements for showing purity, germination, name and type of seed. Seed furnished shall be of the previous season’s crop and the date of analysis shown on each bag shall be within nine (9) months of the time of delivery to the project. Each variety of seed shall be furnished and delivered in separate bags or containers.
B. 
Fertilizer.
The fertilizer shall be standard pelleted or granulated commercial fertilizer supplied separately or in mixture containing the percentages of total nitrogen, available phosphoric acid, and water soluble potash of 12-12-12.

When requested by City of Magnolia, Engineer or the designated representative of the Engineer, submit acceptable amounts of seed samples and fertilizer for analysis and testing prior to planting.
