(1) Application fee: $10.00 for all applicants.
(2) Application fee for applicant that is a corporation, partnership, association, joint venture or individual having more than one agent engaging in any of the activities named in section
4.03.003, on behalf of the applicant, a fee of $10.00 shall be charged for the first such agent and a fee of $5.00 per agent shall be required for each agent of the applicant in excess of the first.
(3) Criminal background check: $15.00 for each individual person for which a background check is required pursuant to article
4.03.
(4) The permit fees shall not be required for persons conducting charitable
solicitations, or individuals who file a statement with the police
department indicating their indigent status.

(a) Fire
department annual inspection fees for all occupancies requiring a
certificate of occupancy:
(1) Single unit inspection: $45.00.
(2) Single business with up to 20,000 square feet: $75.00.
(b) For
business complexes with multiple occupiable units requiring certificates
of occupancy, in which each unit does not have an individual water
meter, the fire department annual inspection fees shall be:
(1) Complex with 2 to 10 units: $84.00.
(2) Complex with 10 to 19 units: $120.00.
(3) Complex with 20 to 29 units: $240.00.
(4) Complex with 30 or more units: $360.00.
(c) On January 1st of each calendar year, each occupancy requiring a certificate of occupancy shall be assessed a fee as appropriate under subsection
(a) or
(b) herein. The fee shall be added to the occupancy’s first commercial water bill delivered after January 1st of each year and collected in the ordinary process of collection of the amounts due thereunder. When such assessment has been collected in its entirety, the water utility shall notify the fire department of the occupancy, and the date of payment.
(d) Processing
charges:
(1) Delinquent payment assessed after 5:00 p.m. on the due date: 10%
penalty of the balance due.
(2) Delinquent payment beyond 30 days after the date of billing upon
first notice: $40.00 service charge, plus 10% penalty charge.
(3) Delinquent payment beyond 30 days after the date of billing upon
second notice: Revoking of C.O., plus $40.00 service charge, plus
10% penalty. Requirement to reapply for C.O.

The registered owner of each vehicle subjected to a police pull
for failure to maintain financial responsibility, shall be assessed
a public safety fee of $25.00 as an administrative fee for the administrative
expense incurred by the police department for the pull.
