All septic tanks installed or maintained in the city shall be
in accordance with the Septic Tank Regulations of Dallas County, Texas.

A permit must be acquired from the sanitarian of the city prior
to construction or installation or repair of a septic tank.

A fee established by resolution of the city council from time
to time, shall be paid to the city upon the issuance of the permit.

The sanitarian must inspect, or cause to be inspected, all septic
tanks to insure that tanks are installed or repaired in accordance
with required specifications.
