(a) 
For Unlawful Purposes.
It shall be unlawful to collect, gather, or be a member of any disorderly crowd or any crowd gathered for any unlawful purpose.
(b) 
Disruption.
It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb any lawful assemblage or gathering in the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to bathe at any public place or in any place open to the public view unless such person is adequately garbed in a bathing suit.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be guilty of disorderly conduct or of any conduct tending toward a breach of the peace. The causing or making of any unnecessary loud noise or shouting or yelling shall be considered disorderly conduct.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly start or spread any false alarm requiring an emergency vehicle in the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly start a fight, or to fight, or to commit an assault or battery in any public place or on private property in the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be in an intoxicated condition in or on any street, alley, or other public place in the city.

It shall be unlawful for mendicants or vagrants to frequent any depot, store, theater, street, alley, sidewalk, park, or other place publicly frequented in the city. Any person found sleeping in any such place, and who has no established domicile or residence, shall be considered a vagrant.

It shall be unlawful to cast, throw, or propel any missile on any street, alley, or other public place.

It shall be unlawful for any person to post any bill or advertisement on any public property without the authority of the city, and it shall be unlawful to post any bill or advertisement on any property without the written consent of the owner thereof.

It shall be unlawful to use profanity on any street, alley, or other public place in the city.

(a) 
Public.
The destruction or damage or injury to any public property, or the stealing or removal of any public property from its location without authorization from duly elected or appointed officials empowered so to act in behalf of such public agency, is prohibited.
(b) 
Private.
The destruction of or damage or injury to any private property, or the removal from its location of any private property located within the city without authority from its rightful owner or custodian, is hereby prohibited.

It shall be unlawful to carry or have in one's possession any firearm or other deadly weapon or any concealed weapons in the city in violation of the laws of the state.

It shall be unlawful to discharge any bow and arrow, firearm or air gun, BB gun, or any toy gun projecting lead or any missiles except in a regularly established shooting gallery or range; except the use of air guns and/or BB guns at charitable or fund-raising events by temporary permit; provided, this section shall not be construed to prohibit any officer of the law from discharging a firearm in the performance of his duty; nor to any citizen from discharging a firearm when lawfully defending person or property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drink, consume, transport, carry or possess any alcoholic liquor, beer, or wine, except in the original package and with the seal unbroken in any public place, including, but not limited to, public streets, sidewalks, parkways, public parking lots, or semi-public parking lots, and public parks. The term "semi-public parking lots" shall include any area wherein motor vehicles are parked by the public in conjunction with any business enterprise, commercial establishment, office building or apartment building.
