That portion of building site exclusive of the required yard areas on which a structure or building improvement may be erected and including the actual structure, pool, and other construction as shown on a site plan, excluding driveways and parking lots.

All installations and maintenance of franchise utilities, such as telephone, gas, electric, etc., shall be considered land-disturbing activities.

Initial construction.

The slow, downslope movement of soil under the influence of gravity, frost heave, thermal expansion, and contraction of the surface.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, or any duly authorized official of such agency.
The Town of Trophy Club, Texas.
The town manager of Trophy Club or authorized designee.
