It shall be unlawful for any person to damage, mutilate, destroy,
remove or take down any sign or bulletin board erected by the city
or to damage, mutilate, destroy, remove or take down any ordinance
or copy of an ordinance or any notice or sign put up or posted by
the city within its corporate limits.
