§ 6.03.001 Possession, sale, use, manufacture and transport prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to have, keep, store, sell, offer for sale, give away, use, transport, or manufacture fireworks of all kinds within the corporate limits of the city.

§ 6.03.002 Responsibility of parents for possession or use by child.

Any parent who knowingly permits any child of his to possess or use fireworks shall be punished as provided by section 6.01.001.
