The annual fee for a private waste hauler’s permit is
two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per year. The year for such
permit shall extend from October 1 through September 30 of the following
year, and permits for a portion of the year shall be prorated. A private
waste hauler operating under such permit may operate as many trucks
as desired without paying an additional fee; provided, however, each
truck shall be required to display the permit number.
