It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle, golf cart, or off-highway vehicle of any kind or nature whatsoever or a motorbike in any area in a municipal park that is not designated as a parking area or on a public trail that is designed for nonmotorized traffic.

It shall be unlawful for any person except:
(1) 
Members of the police and fire department or employees of the parks department engaged in the performance of their official duties; or
(2) 
When participating in an organized sport or entertainment activity such as a baseball/softball tournament or game, musical concert, etc.
To be in any municipal park after dusk.

It shall be unlawful for any person to mutilate, deface, or destroy any property of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, plants, trees and grass in the municipal parks.
