The provisions of the 2012 edition of the International Existing Building Code “IEBC” relating to the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition, and relocation of existing buildings, including historic buildings, as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said existing building code on file with the water and sewer superintendent office, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof; as if fully set out in this section; and the provisions of the International Existing Building Code are hereby extended to apply to the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
