The following words, when used in this division, shall, for the purpose of this division, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them as follows:
One-way street.
Any street or portion of street on which vehicular traffic is restricted to movement in one direction only.

Ordinances establishing one-way streets are not included in this code, but such ordinances are on file in the city secretary’s office. Ordinances establishing one-way streets are specifically saved from repeal upon adoption of the Code of Ordinances.
