Library card fees will be as provided in section A1.09.001 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code.

All library materials will be charged the full cost of replacement if not returned within 31 days of the due date. The value of items not commercially available shall be determined by equitable market value. In addition to the cost of replacement, a service fee may be assessed.
