There is hereby adopted the 2018 International Building Code,
including appendices F and G thereto, save and except those portions
as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended. Said building code
is adopted for regulating the construction, alteration, repair, equipment,
use and occupancy, location, maintenance, removal, and demolition
of all buildings and structures within the area of jurisdiction of
the city. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions,
and terms of said International Building Code, published by the International
Code Council and on file in the office of the code compliance official,
are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth herein.
