Before beginning any plumbing work in the city, the person installing or altering the same shall apply to the plumbing inspector and obtain a permit to do such work. The fees required under this section are located in section B3.05.091 of the code compliance fee schedule located in appendix B of this code and are adopted herein as stated.

All applications for permits required by this article shall be made on suitable forms provided by the plumbing inspector.

Only those persons having a master plumber’s license issued by the state and being otherwise legally authorized to do plumbing work may be issued permits pursuant to this article.
