There is hereby adopted the 2018 International Existing Building
Code, excluding any and all appendices attached thereto, save and
except those portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended.
Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions,
and terms of such International Existing Building Code, published
by the International Code Council and on file in the office of the
code compliance official, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made
a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
