(a) 
There is levied upon each person to whom a permit has been issued pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code for premises located within the city an annual fee equal to 1/2 of the state fee for such permit.
(b) 
There is levied upon each person to whom a license has been issued pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code for premises located within the city an annual fee equal to 1/2 of the state fee for such license.
(c) 
A separate fee shall be required for each permit and license issued.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or engage in the business of selling alcoholic beverages where the place of business of such person is situated within 300 feet of any church, school or other educational institution or public hospital. The measurements shall be as provided in V.T.C.A., Alcoholic Beverage Code, sec. 109.33.

Persons shall be permitted to sell mixed beverages, beer and wine until 2:00 a.m. on any day.
