Residential consumers within city.
Rates for residential consumers within city limits:
(A) 
Minimum base rate (includes 1,000 gallons), per billing cycle: $25.00.
(B) 
1,001 gallons and over: $3.06 per 1,000 gallons.
(2) 
Business, commercial and industrial consumers within city.
Rates for business, commercial and industrial consumers within city limits:
(A) 
Minimum base rate (includes 1,000 gallons), per billing cycle: $29.90.
(B) 
1,001 gallons and over: $3.06 per 1,000 gallons.
(3) 
Rates for outside of the city limits.
For any sewer furnished outside the city limits:
(A)
