The April 2002 Engineering Design Standards are hereby adopted.
The January 1997 Engineering Design Standards will still be used for
preliminary plats approved on or before April 16, 2002. This section
shall take effect immediately from and after its passage for all preliminary
plats approved by the city council after April 16, 2002.
