The following through traffic is unlawful for trucks:
(1) 
U.S. Highway 60 to Purcell Street or from Purcell Street to U.S. Highway 60 on Birch Street.
(2) 
U.S. Highway 60 to Main Street or from Main Street to U.S. Highway [60] on Cedar Street.
(3) 
Cheyenne Street to Cedar Street or from Cedar Street to Cheyenne Street on Main Street.
(4) 
On any portion of Birch Street located between U.S. Highway 60 and Purcell Street.
(5) 
On any portion of Cedar Street located between Third Street and Main Street.
(6) 
On any portion of Main Street located between Cedar Street and Cheyenne Street.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person or any owner to leave, park or stand any truck tractor, road tractor, truck trailer, semi-trailer, or any other commercial motor vehicle with a rated capacity in excess of one ton according to the manufacturer’s classification, upon any public street, alley, parkway, boulevard, or public place within or adjacent to any area zoned as a single-family residential district or general residential district as established by the zoning ordinance of the city in chapter 14 of this code. This section shall not prevent the parking or standing of the above-described vehicles in such zoned areas for the purpose of expeditiously loading and unloading passengers, freight or merchandise, nor shall this section apply to street construction, maintenance and repair trucks, rollers and implements, nor to truck equipment, trailers and vehicles used by public service utility companies engaged in repairing or extending public service utilities.
(b) 
It shall be unlawful for any person or any owner to leave, park or stand any truck tractor, road tractor, truck trailer, semi-trailer, or any other commercial motor vehicle with a rated capacity in excess of one ton according to the manufacturer’s classification:
(1) 
On either side of Third Street from its intersection with Birch Street to its intersection with Cedar Street.
