In the N dwelling district, no building or land shall be used and no building shall be hereafter erected or structurally altered except for the use and location of individual HUD-code manufactured homes and necessary buildings for HUD-code manufactured homes.

Regulation of individual HUD-code manufactured homes and the location of HUD-code manufactured homes in an N dwelling district shall comply in all respects with article 3.10, division 3.
