Plats may be vacated if such vacation is processed in accordance
with the provisions set forth in Section 212.013 and Section 212.014
of the Texas Local Government Code. Additionally, an executed application
form, application fee, tax certificates, and prescribed drawings as
required for a Final Plat shall be submitted.
