No vehicles that exceed 16 tons in weight shall be permitted on the South Garfield Road Bridge over Chiques Creek as indicated by posted signage.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 plus costs as provided by Section 3353 of the Motor Vehicle Code.[1]
