The 1997 edition of the Uniform Administrative Code, all appendices, and local amendments are hereby adopted as the administrative code of the city. This administrative code is fully incorporated by reference as though copied into this division in its entirety. The material contained in the Uniform Administrative Code shall not be included in the formal municipal codification of ordinances but shall be maintained as a public record in the office of the city secretary and will be available for public inspection and copying during regular business hours.

The city may from time to time determine that local modifications to the Uniform Administrative Code, are necessary and appropriate to meet the needs of the city. To effectuate these local modifications, the city council shall enact individual ordinances amending this division, fully setting forth the changes to be made in the Uniform Code. These amendments shall be consolidated as exhibit B to Ordinance 193-90.
