The elected/appointed Tax Collector of Reilly Township is authorized to charge fees for services rendered in the performance of the duties and responsibilities associated with the collection of taxes for Reilly Township or those taxes which Tax Collector is authorized to collect. The Tax Collector may charge a fee for the preparation of a Tax Certification, a fee to any person whose check for payment is returned for insufficient funds, a fee for a duplicate tax bill or copy of a tax bill, and a fee for preparation of any delinquent tax notices and any associated costs, all of which fees shall be set by the Board of Supervisors of Reilly Township by resolution from time to time. The Tax Collector shall retain such fees as reimbursement for expenses and time incurred in performing those duties.
