A. 
The speed limit on all streets and highways within the Township and on all streets and roads across the property owned by the Township, except as otherwise provided for below in this section, shall be 15 miles per hour, and it shall be unlawful for any person to operate the vehicle in excess of the speed limit herein established.
B. 
The speed limit shall be as posted and consistent with the Vehicle Code on all portions of state highways.
The following streets and highways within the Township are hereby established as through highways and the operation of every vehicle upon approaching any such highway at any intersection thereof, except where such intersection may be governed by traffic control signal or as may otherwise be provided, shall come to a full stop within a reasonable distance before entering such intersection:

A. 
For the purposes of this section, "truck" is defined as any two-axle vehicle with a TA license tag or with a 10,000 pounds maximum gross weight or greater, any and all three-axle trucks and any and all four-axle trucks and any and all tractor-trailer combinations.
B. 
Except as provided in Subsection C of this section, trucks are prohibited from traveling on the following streets, highways, or portions thereof, as the case may be, within the Township:

The above prohibition to truck traffic shall not apply when a truck is making a delivery on, or has its origin or destination located within an area on, a prohibited street and the prohibition shall not apply to Township vehicles.

Any person and/or entity who violates any provision of this section shall be prosecuted under Section 4902 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 4902, in addition to any other applicable law, and upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 plus $150 for each 500 pounds, or part thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over the maximum allowable weight for every singular violation, as each individual vehicle or combination operated on any designated roads that violates this section shall constitute a separate offense.

Any person and/ or entity who violates any provision of this section shall be prosecuted under Section 4902 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 4902, in addition to any other applicable law, and upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $75, except that any person convicted of operating a vehicle with a gross weight in excess of a posted weight shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 plus $150 for each 500 pounds, or part thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over the maximum allowable weight for every singular violation, as each individual vehicle or combination operated on any designated roads that violates this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.

No U-turns, that is reversal of direction, shall be permitted between any street or highway intersections or wherever prohibited by a sign.
